QED envisages a South Africa whose social transformation is stimulated by its economic transformation, a South Africa that invests in its people, a paradigm shift from the use of unskilled labour to the use of human capital, a South Africa that relies on created factors of production not inherited factors of production, - A first world South Africa.

Company Ownership
QED is majority owned by black South African women as individuals and through a Women’s Trust. QAH is an associate shareholder and Firm Foundation is a shareholder trust that will be used for QED’s Corporate social investment activities.
